Lifeline also offers a free interpreting service. To access this service:
1) Call TIS National on 131 450 and ask to talk to Lifeline on 13 11 14 in the language required.

Emergencies
If you are in a life-threatening situation or in case of emergency – call 000. This will connect you to to ambulance, fire brigade and police services.
If you are feeling sick / need to see a doctor for general health and wellbeing
Let your host know if you are feeling sick. If it is not an emergency, they can help you find a local doctor. Please take you medical insurance card with you to your appointment. There are also a number of telehealth services available in Australia. More information can be found here.
