As a company, we hold Public Liability Insurance for a sum of $20 million dollars. AHN also has compulsory insurance cover for both hosts and students including student legal liability (which includes damages), host liability insurance (for personal injury to students and property damage) and contents insurance for students covering their personal effects within the host’s home. It is a requirement of all students travelling that they have travel insurance and private health insurance. It is a requirement of our tour program, and in some cases immigration, that any medical needs that the student may encounter are covered by this insurance policy.
The quote that you will be issued will have all payment deadlines and deposit amounts. This is dependent on the requirement of the tour, education provider and location of homestay services. As a general rule, a deposit must be paid 8-10 weeks prior to the arrival of the tour in order for us to successfully source homestay families for you.

As a general rule, all tours must be paid at least four weeks prior to arrival. Anything less than four weeks may restrict availability. We cannot confirm placements and issue placement reports until full payment has been received.
