We’re looking for an AHN Homestay Ambassador to showcase the homestay experience! Our ambassadors will provide current and prospective hosts, as well as students and their parents, an insight into homestay life.

Let’s show them WHY we have the best hosts in Australia.
There are so many different aspects to the homestay journey that we don’t get to see. That students don’t get to see. We want to highlight these, and show other hosts what you and your students get up to together. It’s so easy to take a quick video while you’re doing your every day activities. You can even get your student to do it for you! We’re looking for authentic host and student experiences.
Do you cook with your students?
Do you take them out on the weekend?
Perhaps you take them grocery shopping with you or show them how to do their laundry?
Whatever activity it is, it’s got the potential to help you earn an extra $100 – why not send it in to us!
The more content you send through, the higher the chance you are chosen as our monthly Host Ambassador and receive the $100 gift voucher.
VIDEO CONTENT WILL BE FAVOURED.*By sending us your content, you are agreeing to allow AHN to use it on our Social Media channels to promote the homestay experiance to others.
So, how does it work?
- Throughout the month, send your content to socialmedia@homestaynetwork.org
- We’ll review the content received, and select a Host Ambassador for the following month, notifying the Host by email that they have been chosen.
- AHN will orgainse the $100 gift voucher to be sent to the chosen host.
- The content received will be posted to our Social Media channels using our hashtag #AHNhostambassador
- REPEAT!
We’ll start collecting content on the 1st of March 2020, and the first Host Ambassador will be chosen for April 2020. Will it be you?
