Fair Work Australia are here to ensure all people working in Australia are aware they have basic rights and protections in the workplace, including minimum pay and conditions. Unfortunately many of our international students are being exploited in the workplace, as they are not aware of their rights while working in Australia.
fairwork.gov.au has a whole section on their website dedicated to international students and the things they need to know. Please make sure you share this with your students to ensure they are protected.
