  1. Log in to the AHN Homestay Management System (HMS) here – https://www.homestaynetwork.org/host-login/
  2. Go to your Profile page
  3. Click on Account Deletion
  4. Select a deletion reason from the dropdown options and press Submit
  5. Once the form is submitted your request is sent to the AHN head office team who will review your profile to ensure there are no active placements, outstanding payments, etc.
  6. The AHN head office team will contact you directly if there are any items to follow up.
  7. Your profile will be completely deleted once any outstanding items have been finalised. You will no longer be able to log in to your AHN profile once this has been actioned. All your data will be removed from the system and anonymised.
  8. The AHN head office team will email you from info@homestaynetwork.org when your account has been deleted.
