Deakin Burwood – AHN Host Generation Campaign – New Host Placement Incentive
1. The incentive program is arranged by the Australian Homestay Network Ltd (ABN 52 124 610 313).
2. The incentive program is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of Australian Homestay Network Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. To be eligible to receive a $100 gift card, the host must meet the below requirements:
a) the host must be/become a live in the AHN Homestay Management System,
b) host a student studying at Deakin University, Burwood Campus for a minimum of 4 weeks,
c) prior to 30th September 2024.
4. The incentive is available to current live hosts who have not had a Deakin University, Burwood Campus student in 2024, or to new hosts who join AHN.
5. To become a live AHN host, the applicant needs to fully complete their AHN host profile, provide all supporting documents, complete AHN host training, pass the host interview and home inspection.
6. If the applicant becomes live in the AHN Homestay Management System but does not host a student studying at Deakin University, Burwood Campus for the minimum 4-week period, before 30th September 2024 this will not result in a qualifying reward for the applicant.
7. The reward is a $100 gift card, issued by AHN
8. Reward terms:
a) Only 1 gift card can be awarded per household .
b) Student hosted must be an Under 18 Male from our July intake.
c) The reward is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The rewards are not transferable. Rewards are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any reward with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
d) The final date for qualifying rewards to be considered is 31st August 2024. After this date, no further rewards will be accepted as valid for this program.
e) The final date the 4-week minimum can be finalised by is 30 September 2024. After this date, hosts will not qualify to receive the reward.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The program will be advertised via the META advertising platform.
11. If the qualifying hosts cannot be contacted or do not claim the reward within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the qualifying hosts.
12. AHN’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive program will be final.
13. The incentive program and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
14. This incentive program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with META. You are providing your information to Australian Homestay Network. 15. Australian Homestay Network reserves the right to cancel the incentive program if circumstances arise outside of their control. Any changes to the incentive program will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by AHN.
