Our study tours are sold wholesale and the school or agent can then add their price/fees onto our prepared quote before forwarding to a client. Agents are able to offer and charge for additional services that are not included in our quote. These charges are at the school or agent’s discretion and are not managed by us.
AHN study tours do not offer a travel booking service for flights. Please contact your local travel agent.
AHN study tours do not offer an immigration service for schools or agents to help prepare visa applications. Please contact your local immigration office for updated requirements and a list of migration agents who can assist you.
Entering into a homestay is confirmation that a student accepts to abide by the AHN Guest Agreement. Agents are responsible for communicating key information to students if they are unable to access AHN’s system notifications.
Repeat groups are fantastic for our homestay families and our schools. The schools love to hear we have worked with the same client previously, and the homestay information we have gathered about students in the group makes it easier to place them in their next destination. As a national company, we have open communication between our offices as well as our agent and education partners around Australia.. Our Team can help transfer your students preferences to a new destination and provide recommendations for their next trip.
Homestay is a great way to make new friends and it is our hope that students feel like they have a new family away from home. If your students are re-visiting a destination, please let us know their homestay family request at the time of booking and we will contact the family on their behalf. In most cases our families are delighted to welcome back past students.
We encourage students to stay in contact with their homestay families if they experienced a great connection. It’s lovely for us to hear when a student keeps in touch with their homestay family as they continue to grow up and share more of a cultural exchange.
We often feature stories on our social media of students who have returned to a destination for a family holiday and arranged to meet their previous homestay family. This is the essence of homestay for us and we enjoy hearing about reunions in all of our cities.
